I’m sorry there’s Thomas hate in the Bates tag. Thomas’s character was despicable to Mr. Bates in S1 but he moved on. I think O’Brien was the one fanning those flames to begin with, she certainly was in S2. I love Mr. Bates, I like Thomas because I feel for him & I also love a character who doesn’t always do the right thing. I understand he’s had to get by any way he could & press every advantage. I feel horrible for what’s happening to him now, it’s just not right.
I think what’s going to happen is O’Brien’s plan comes to fruition & Jimmy goes to Carson, complaining about Thomas being too handsy. Carson could fire him for that, maybe Bates steps in. I don’t know.
Can’t we all just get along though? I don’t think anybody wants to read hate for their favorite, so let’s not put it out there about someone else’s.
Is Mr. Bates from Downton Abbey considered hot? I mean I have sympathy for him and Anna, but I don’t think he’s hot. It’s just that I would seem like some people think so. What’s the deal?
